Aging malt in the Barrel

The Fifteen's Bar boasts its Aging Malt in the Barrel brewed in carefully selected oak. Utilizing only the finest quality oak, the 10 litre barrel is of superior quality and has been crafted to meet authentic conditions and the Whisky (Lagavulin), laid to rest in the oak barrel ages with every passing day. The oak cask allows you to enjoy in its freshest form the rich and full aroma and flavours, impossible to experience out of the bottle where the whisky ceases to mature. Treat yourself to the new world of oak matured whisky for an experience equivalent to that of drinking the real thing straight from the barrels of the maturing rooms on Islay Island in Scotland. It is a symbol of status for prominent figures and upper class gentry to own their own cask of brandy or whisky and leave them to mature in cellars around the world. The Fifteen's can also provide you with the opportunity to own your own cask, the dream of any whisky enthusiast.
Membership Requirements: Members must be above 20 years old.

Annual Fee: 5,000 yen (Tax Incl.)
Special Offer: All members are entitled to 10 glasses of Lagavulin
(Equivalent to 25,000 yen) from the Aging Malt in the Barrel.

FRIDAY JAZZ NIGHT
The Fifteen's Friday Jazz Night features homegrown musicians, both veterans and newcomers alike, performing their original and inventive takes on Jazz standards.
Schedule:Every Friday.Forty-minute sets begin at 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00pm.

Suzuki Takayuki Bartender's School
Suzuki Takayuki Bartender's School offers a ten-day intensive Bartender's Course led by Takayuki Suzuki, cocktail coordinator of the Shiba Park Hotel. Practical oriented courses are held in the hotel's main bar and conducted by the illustrious and internationally experienced Takayuki himself.

Suzuki Takayuki
At the age of 24, Takayuki travelled to the United States to study
at New York's oldest international bartender's school after which
he studied the essence of cocktail making in Manhattan before returning
to Japan. He has been working as the Manager of Bar Fifteen's since
April 2003 and in the same year in September, set up the main bar
in the Park Hotel Tokyo, member of the Shiodome Design Hotels Group.
