Tokyo Hotel Stays “3Chefs’ Signature Course”

Shiba Park Hotel is also a library hotel with a diverse collection of books. We hold an exhibition called “Tale of Artisans” which tell stories of traditions (tales) that they have developed and nurtured. The exhibition has different themes for each season and it has a focus on Japanese culture and is displayed with books.
The restaurant The Dining offers a special course that includes discerning dishes of Japanese “Hanasansho”, Western “Primula” and Chinese “Peking.” Please enjoy your stay with our Japanese traditional crafts and dinner.

The Library Hotel, with its diverse collection of books, invites you to explore the Tale of Artisans exhibition in a year-round tour of Japanese culture with books and seasonal themes.
Let’s start from the 1st floor Library Lounge to the 2nd floor foyer-Book & Culture-, and take your time and discover the fascinating crafts of Japan.

5:30 p.m.

Just in time for dinner!
This was probably the time you were looking forward to the most during your stay. Three chefs from Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines prepare one full course “3Chefs’ Signature course,” inspired by the crafts on display.
※The menu will change seasonally according to the theme of the exhibition.

9:00 p.m.

After filling your stomach, stop by the Library Lounge across from the restaurant How about the “Reading Companion Set” that includes alcohol and snacks, available only for house guests from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. daily?
Our library, directed by Ginza Tsutaya bookstore, has about 1,500 Western and Japanese books on architecture, art, Japanese culture, fashion, photography, and so on. Please enjoy the night time with our book collection.

Next day 9:00 a.m.

A semi-buffet breakfast is served at restaurant “The Dining.” The book-shaped container will give you a sense of what a library hotel is like.
