Internet Wifi

All rooms are accessible to complimentary internet access (wireless and wired).
For the SSID and access key, please see your room’s information TV.

[Connection Conditions and Precautions]

Your computer must have a LAN terminal and be able to connect to a LAN.
You must be able to use TCP/IP protocol.
There are no OS restrictions.
(Depending on the OS, you may need to restart your PC after connecting the LAN cable)
Services that require a global IP address for the main PC are not available.
As for VPNs, the standard specifications of IPSec and PPTP are supported, but not all VPN connections are guaranteed.
We cannot provide support in the case you cannot use a VPN.
