Mizuhiki Artist Anna Tanaka
Born in Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture in 1989. She has been interested in traditional culture and handicrafts since she was a child. In 2016, while on maternity leave, she encountered mizuhiki and was drawn to the beauty of the material and the depth of the knotting process, and began her creative work. She also supervises Mizuhiki by Omotenashi Concierge at Shiba Park Hotel.
