Shiba Park Hotel collaborated with BONSAI SADASYO to present a bonsai selected specifically for the hotel’s interior. The display ran for 10 days, from January 30 to February 13, 2026.
The work, placed along the central staircase, was a 77-year-old satsuki azalea bonsai by third-generation artist Daisuke Mariko, who continues the practice established by master Mitsugu Mariko. The tree’s flowering, foliage, autumn color, and winter branch structure mark the progression of the seasons.
